Milton “Oz” Orrels

Milton Orrels is known by all his friends as Oz. He has been a resident of Stone County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for one month. He is a long-term care VA resident. A native of Vancleave, he proud to be called a Creole. He was in the Army for 23 years and served in Vietnam for 18 months. After retirement, he worked for the Navy Oceanographic Office at John C. Stennis Space Center for 20 years, working mainly on computers. His hobbies are painting and fishing. He also likes to visit the area casinos. He was married to the love of his life for 54 years and was blessed with two children, a girl and a boy.
